  Billing switches on: one membership, add a card, manage it yourself. Your cohort rate is locked for life.

Committed, not started

• Pay now on invoices

  A payment link on every invoice so customers pay by card or bank transfer, and the payment records itself against the invoice.

• Cash-basis reports

  Flip the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet to cash basis and have the numbers recompute rather than relabel.

• Recurring transactions that post themselves

  Templates run on their schedule without a click, the way recurring invoices already do.

• Purchase orders that receive into inventory

  Converting a purchase order updates quantities and average cost in one step.

• Webhooks and finer API permissions

  Get told when something changes instead of polling, and hand a script only the access it needs.
